Can working out stop someone with anger problems and a bad temper?

October 29th, 2008 by admin

I dated this guy who had a bad temper (he's hit walls, get moody, get mad at little things, and demanded control) we broke up and he physically hurt me. A month after we broke up he started to workout a lot and now has a gf of 7 months. Could working out have "fixed" his problem?

Maybe you were not a good match. Maybe he acts the same way with her. You don't know what happens behind closed doors. Working out does help with mood. I know I feel better when I'm working out.

You have chosen a female avatar..

Who knows if he isn't physically aggressive to his new partner? Maybe he is and the working out does nothing to that end. Do not worry yourself in their affairs.

When you exercise, endorphines are released. Endrophines make you happy. So yes.
