what can i do to prevent my baby from passing out when she has a temper tantrum?

my 10 month old has a temper to the point of almost passing out, what can i do so she won't pass out

Passing out can hurt her! its caused from lack of oxygen to the brain, and brain cells die when they dont get oxygen! even though you might not notice a difference its never good to pass out! try to calm her down so that she is taking in good breaths to prevent that! ask your pedi next time you go for a check up, if call them!

It doesn't matter if she passes out, it won't hurt her. Just make sure she is in a safe area.

At least she stops screaming, right?

she won't pass out. and if she does she'll be OK. just make sure she's in a safe place where she can't throw herself onto something hard. she just sounds like a drama queen. my 2 yr old is a drama king- some kids are more overly dramatic than others. but if her behavior scares you that bad talk to her pediatrician. good luck :)

If she's passing out from temper tantrums, you should bring her to the pediatrician and see if there's an underlying issue…..My son has never once passed out or came close to passing out when he has a tantrum.
